Apparently the business and residential versions of this item share the same name, but the business version actually has LESS features than the residential version. For example, the residential version, 'View Plus' includes a radon detector while the 'View Plus for Business' does not! Thankfully the seller caught this issue quickly before shipping and cancelled the order after my approval.
