Disappointed to read you are not happy with this product. We have supplied this product for many years with positive comments. What I have noticed, this was bought as a spare part and not with the full ITSA GOAL product. This means a fitting instruction will have not been provided at the POS. Thank you for this feedback I will ensure all the fitting instructions are send with spare parts to illiminate the anchors being used incorectly.
