Terms and conditions of the sale
Pre-orders & Release Dates
 
All pre-orders will be dispatched within 30 days of your purchase. We always aim to have your item with you on release day where possible but depending on your location this is not always achievable. UK buyers are more likely to receive their game on or around the day of release but there will always be a delay if you are elsewhere.
If we haven't dispatched your game within 7 days of release we will offer a full refund.
 
Pre-Order Bonuses
 
All pre-order bonuses are only available and guaranteed if you purchase the item before the release date. You must purchase by 3pm on the day before release for your item to be considered a pre-order.
Some pre-order bonuses & items are considered "whilst stocks last" please see the item photo for confirmation of this.
 
Cancellations & Refunds
 
 
For a number or reasons, it is sometimes necessary to cancel an order. You may cancel your order with EMCSquared at any time prior to delivery for stock items. (Items purchased after their release dates which we have in stock at the time of your order)
Where you have placed an order for stock items you have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods. The goods must be sealed within their original packaging. If your purchase is an item of clothing it must be returned unworn and with original tags intact.
If the items ordered are Pre-orders then we will have placed a 'special order' commission with our suppliers. We arrange Pre-orders for many games and only order in exactly what we need. We use your funds to directly pay for your purchase from our suppliers. If you Pre-order an item but decide to cancel before the release date then we may have to charge a small fee of up to 10% to cover diminished value and administration fees.
If there is enough time before a games release we will even endeavour to find another buyer for your item to avoid you paying any fees.
We will not be able to offer change of mind returns for 'special orders' they can only be returned if damaged or faulty.
 
Purchasing any Pre-order from us means that you agree in full to these terms.
 
Despite these terms we do totally understand that sometimes orders are made in error so if you get in touch within 24 hours of ordering and need to cancel we will rarely impose any fees.
 
 
Damages & Compensation
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. If your item has been shipped Internationally then we will organise a refund direct from eBay and their shipping partners. If your item is within the UK then we will have to apply for compensation with our couriers which could take up to 30 days. If an item is badly damaged we would usually refund in full and allow you to keep the items. Please make sure to contact us asap.
