It is already 27 days of the order confirmed, delivery dated for January 31, now past 3 days and it seems the item seems to be stuck somewhere else or lost. I really feel disappointed, cheated and deceived. I have not received any information about of shipping or delivery also. Fortunately I paid by PayPal, so that, if the item does not appear in a week I will cancel the deal and not to buy it anyways. The money will not be moved from my funds until I may receive the delivery order. That's all.

Sorry for the delay in shipment, there was a tracking number attached. Sometimes international shipments depend on weather conditions and other factors, at that time there was heavy snowfall in Canada and the United States, and there was a message on the USPS and Canada post official websites that due to weather and snowfall, delivery delays are possible. The shipment was delivered on February 7th, one week late, for which we apologize, the final delivery date was January 31st.
