Did not receive this item, Carrier had lost it, Was sent an email from seller to say I should wait for 48/72 hours and check Carrier Website, if I did not hear by 72 hours then refund would be processed, I emailed seller to advice I did not think it was up to me to have to check carrier website & have to wait for my refund, no reply from seller, & still waiting on refund, customer service appalling.. If a carrier looses a item why should the buyer be left out of pocket
