After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment immediately, if no payment/contact has been made within 2 days of purchase unpaid item case will automatically be opened. Returns
 
If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost. Any cost incurred in shipping the part to you will be deducted from the sale price of the part or refund amount. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part.

Any parts returned which are found to be tampered with or replaced with faulty exchanges will not be refunded and any losses incurred of actions of fraud will be pursued further at our discretion.
