We clearly mentioned on listing description that we will send Dell Brand keyboard and model of Keyboard depends on available stock. We did not list Keyboard with specific model. Pictures are for reference only. Still we offer customer full refund if he did not like product but he did not answer to our message.

I was contacted by the seller who offered to bribe me with a refund if I changed my feedback to positive. I declined that offer, stating that it was more important for people to know what the seller is actually doing. Avoid them like the plague.
