MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
If you are selecting more than one item we are more than happy to combine the postage cost for you. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and shipping charges will automatically be re-calculated at checkout.
If you pay for items individually unfortunately we cannot refund the extra postage even if they are all sent together.
 
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We try to keep are postage charges as reasonable as possible however we do have to add a small fee to take into account the cost of jiffy bags, labels, parcel tape and handling time.
Our items are generally sent within 1 working day of your payment (unless the item description states otherwise).
Larger/heavier items are sent via courier. Where this is the case, the postage cost displayed in the listing is for UK Mainland deliveries only. Our couriers also require a contact phone number; please include this with your payment to avoid any delay in sending your purchase.
Purchasing more than one item may result in us using a different delivery service to the one stated.
Buyers from outside the UK will need to pay customs/import charges upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are out of our control.

Questionable carriers, company not helpful with time & cost incurred to collect from non delivered item just sent to a collection hub CCTV confirms non delivery , not home address, advised that is how it is and full price incurred, be careful of this company policies & especially staff needs addressing to support customers hence -ve feedback tried on several occasions to resolve to no avail do not leave -ve feedback unless necessary

Delivery was attempted by UPS at 11:21am on 12th October but the recipient wasn't available. The parcel was taken to a collection point approximately 1 mile from the original address. Customer collected the parcel on 15th October and then demanded £50 in compensation for having to collect. Feedback has been passed to UPS but compensation is not available where parcels are made available for collection following failed delivery attempt.
