Payment Information
 
We accept the following payment methods:

All payments must have cleared in our account before we ship any items.
 
Shipping
 
Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours from payment having cleared (excluding weekends, bank holidays etc), and we endeavour to ensure in no more than 48 hours.
 
All items are carefully and thoroughly packaged, with sufficient packing materials to ensure each arrives in the same condition as it was sent.
 
Insurance is included, in accordance with the sale value of the item. The cost of insurance is included in the delivery fee.
 
No tracking number will be supplied for standard delivery. If tracking is required, please explicitly request Recorded Delivery when placing your order.
 
Buyers from outside the GB mainland – plus the Scottish Highlands – are advised to contact us for shipping costs prior to purchase, unless shipping to your location is explicitly shown as available on the listing.
 
In unforeseen circumstances, item(s) may be delayed during the delivery process. You are most welcome to collect your orders from our workshop during standard office hours (advance notice is advised), or by prior arrangement outside those hours.

All items are inspected prior to listing and prior to dispatch. All items listed will have been tested by a qualified technician. We make all reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of our listings.
