Ordered some rubber O Rings which were advertised as to fit Hozelock products. When these came they were too big and do not fit so. I contacted the company the response was post back for a refund. It would of cost me basically half the cost to post back so i requested a pre paid returns label as its their error. I have not received anything from them so stuck with O rings that are useless. I wouldn’t buy from them again and i would advise others not to based on the issues and poor service.

The item listing specifies that this mixing paddle fits a Kenwood BM200 bread maker. What is supplied arrives in a bag labelled as suitable for a BM250 or BM256 and unsurprisingly it does not fit a BM200. Maybe a genuine error but after 2 messages to the seller being ignored and the eBay returns system expecting me to pay nearly the original cost of the item to return it, which I refuse to pay for, I am left with a useless, misdescribed part. So, zero out of 10 for this seller.
