All you had to do is contact us and send them back for a free replacement! Not sure why you didn't do that. When I buy something that didn't work or was damaged, I don't just give the merchant a poor review -- how did they know what happened? I contact them for resolution giving them an opportunity to correct my dissatisfaction. All that being said, you can STILL return them, for free, for a free replacement... because we even pay for the return shipping!
