Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase, if you wish to cancel an item, we must open a case and mutually agree to cancel the item.
 
All items are security marked and Serial Numbers are logged per customer, if you wish to return an item you have purchased or are having difficulty operating the part, please contact us first to resolve the problem. We are happy to accept returns of the exact item that is sent out, on the basis that the item is sent to us in brand new condition.
 
1. If your item is delivered to you damaged - Royal Mail might insert the package into an apology bag, please do not open this package. If you could kindly send photos for us this will help speed up the process.
 
2. Contact us via eBay messages and report the damage
 
3. The item will need to be investigated by us and potentially returned, you/us will be required to open a lost/damaged claim with the Royal Mail
