Payments

We only accept payment by PayPal. Paypal allows you to pay by Credit Card, Debit Cards, Bank Transfers and Paypal Account Balances (for more information visit www.paypal.com). Please don't leave any special requests in the PayPal notes section as these are not monitored.

Combine shipping

We combine P&P costs, so you pay only once. Simply place all the products you want to buy in our shop in the basket and pay the P&P only for the first item - there are no added P&P costs for second or more products (please note: you must use "add to basket" option for this to apply).

Returns

We accept returns providing the following criteria is met – We must be informed within 14 days of delivery of the item of your intention to return; Items must be unopened, undamaged, unused and in the same condition as at the time if dispatch. Any used items returns are not accepted. NO postage costs will be refunded. In the unlikely case of damaged items, we will exchange for the same item upon return of the damaged item, however, be assured, we do check each item carefully before dispatch and only ship PERFECT items. Buyer pays for the return policy. If any item is returned, due to non-collection, from Royal Mail a refund will be issued, deducting P&P costs.

Delayed or lost items

Delivery time for our items is usually 2-3 days after the date of postage, however we are not responsible if your item takes longer than that to arrive. We post all our items as detailed above and if there is any delay, this is due to Royal Mail and not our dispatch time. If your item has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding it. In the event of a lost item, we have to wait 14 business days due to delivery before we can report this to Royal Mail (this is the policy of Royal Mail). On the 14th business day we can refund or replace the item to you once you have confirmed at that time that your item has not been delivered. No refunds or replacements will be processed before 14 business days have elapsed. At that time we would immediately submit a report to Royal Mail that your item was not delivered, they would then investigate the matter and may contact you for confirmation. Please understand this policy is in keeping with the requirements of Royal Mail.
