SPECIAL/NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Special Delivery is available, however orders MUST be placed by 11am. PLEASE NOTE: We aim to dispatch Special Delivery orders the same day for delivery the next but on occasion and dependant on busier periods etc, delivery may take up to 2 days from order. Eg. Order Monday, delivery could be Wednesday (taking into account despatch within 24 hours terms). However virtually all Special Deliveries are sent the very same day if ordered by 11am - PLEASE ALWAYS ALLOW 2 DAYS AFTER ORDERING/CLEARED PAYMENT WHEN USING SPECIAL DELIVERY, if it is absolutely necessary that you have your topper the very next day, please contact us first by email AND phone to confirm we can process with this service. We do use First Class postage and always dispatch within 24 hours maximum so your order should only take a couple of days - SPECIAL DELIVERY IS EXPENSIVE AND WE ADVISE YOU ONLY USE IF YOU ARE LEAVING LATE TO ORDER OR YOU MUST HAVE WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
 
DESPATCH TIME - All items are despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment and receiving your personalisation message (where applicable). We are proud to say nearly all are sent the very same day. WE WILL NOT SEND YOUR ITEM WITHOUT PERSONALISATION INFORMATION OR RECEIPT OF PICTURES (WHERE APPLICABLE).
It is important that you check to see if your item is dispatched within 24 hours of ordering - if it is not marked as dispatched or you have not received a dispatch notification to your email address linked to ebay/paypal, there will be an issue with your order - please then check your ebay messages as we will have messaged you or we may have called you. If after 1 week we have not received your personalisation information or answer to any questions or queries we ask via ebay messages, we reserve the right to send your topper without any text - this allows you to at least have the topper, you may need to purchase edible pens or pipe the text on yourselves.
Please only send pictures via ebay by clicking the "Attach Photo's" button at the top of then message page - if you need to send a picture outside of ebay messages because of a technical issue - please call or message us first. Please always use ebay only where possible for any communication.
 
POSTAGE - Everything we send is sent by First Class Post as standard. You should expect to receive your item within 2-3 days maximum from despatch, however most are delivered the next day from dispatch. Should you not receive your item within 5 working days - please contact us immediately so that we can sort it out.
Items that are being sent to Europe should be received within 4-5 working days and items Worldwide should be received within 7 working days. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of items due to Royal Mail or other onward postage companies. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU LEAVE ENOUGH TIME BETWEEN ORDERING AND YOUR OCCASION TO ALLOW FOR ANY ISSUES, we cannot be held responsible for delayed postage and highly recommend that orders are placed well within a timescale of at about 2 weeks to allow for any issues arising so that we can resolve any problem for you.
