Terms and conditions of the sale
• “Free Delivery” on Most of UK Mainland excluding some postcodes, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
• Orders received before 2:00pm are normally dispatched the same day via 48 Hour Courier service, delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
• Opening hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 4:30pm GMT (excluding Bank Holidays). No items will be shipped outside of these times.
• All international orders will be despatched using “Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed” or a suitable courier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of standard items.
• Additional charges may apply to international deliveries and will be notified pre-despatch in all cases.
• You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit and 7 working days if lost so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
