NON DELIVERY: If the courier is unable to deliver the car cover item to the customer the item will eventually be returned to us. If this is the case the courier charges us a £15.00 return fee. If the customer then requires the item to be reshipped the £15.00 return fee plus a delivery fee of £8.40 will be required to be paid before the item is reshipped. If the customer opts for a refund rather than redelivery and the courier can prove they did attempt delivery then the customer will be refunded less the £15.00 courier return fee.
