Seller notes: “Professionally restored and fully serviced by Localtime and definitely the best example I’ve ever ... “Professionally restored and fully serviced by Localtime and definitely the best example I’ve ever seen by far, a BUCHERER [Swiss] ‘Archimedes’ 43mm large-cased Super Compressor from January 1970 with an ETA automatic Cal. 2783. The emerald-blue dial with no-decompression inner-bezel is simply mesmerizing and I actually photographed the watch with 3 different cameras to manage to capture it correctly [at least on some of the photos!]. To my knowledge it is the only super compressor that included a no-decompression scale on its elapsed-time rotating bezel. The watch is 100% original, including the plexi which we have nicely polished to maintain the original integrity of this lovely timepiece. Both crowns are, of course, cross-hatched. It is wearing a great quality brown calf leather strap. As with all the watches I handle in-house here at the Localtime Spa, the BIN price includes a 6-month written warrantee from the date of purchase. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.”
