Terms and conditions of the sale
A. All parts/items are visibly and in some cases invisibly security marked to prevent fraud, this includes security stickers, warranty stickers, SKU Codes and photographing all parts prior to dispatch.
 
B. All parts/items are used (second hand) and removed from within the United Kingdom, all parts/items are RHD (Right Hand Drive).
OS (Off side) Driver side (Right).
NS (Near side) Passenger Side (Left).
 
B (a). If your vehicle is LHD (Left Hand Drive) it is your sole responsibility to ensure any parts/items ordered will fit, you must check the part number, check with an approved mechanic and/or the manufacturer, we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect ordering of parts/items.
 
C. We recommend checking part/item numbers (where applicable) to ensure 100% compatibility with any vehicles, always make sure you are ordering the correct part/item, we will advise where possible however please see (E.).
For peace of mind please check with an approved mechanic or the manufacturer.
 
D. Any parts/items ordered in error will be returned at the customers expense, any parts/items returned to us that have faults (that have not been stated in the sale list) once returned and inspected a full refund will be issued.
 
E. All parts/items ordered must be checked and installed by a trusted, competent and qualified mechanic, or registered garage. Some electronic components may require programming to work correctly please see (J.) Always use a qualified specialist, in some cases this may only be possible by the manufacturer.
 
F. All our parts/items are sold with a warranty of 30 days, this covers the part itself and does not include any labour charges such as removing, fitting and/or programming or any loss resulting from these actions. Any costs incurred with recovering and/or moving due to the vehicle being immobile are not covered in the warranty, the limit of South Kirby Parts liability is the sale price of the item itself and nothing more. In cases of faulty parts replacement is subject to the availability of the purchased part/item, all parts/items are classed as second hand (used), it is our discretion if a faulty item is to be left with the customer once purchased, delivered and refunded. If this is the case the ownership of the part/item is transferred to the customer and thereon after will be of no liability and/or responsibility to South Kirby Parts.
 
G. Any and all parts/items containing Grease, Oil or any type of fluid needed (whether singularly or otherwise) must be replaced with manufacturer approved products before installation and/or during the time of installation.
 
H. All interior and/or external parts/items that are painted and/or coloured are sold on the understanding that work may be needed to restore and/or achieve the colour match sought by the customer.
 
I. Any parts/items that have been repaired and/or had any work done that is not the manufacturer’s recommended installation, will invalidate the 30 day warranty. Please see (F.) for more information.
 
J. Electrical parts/items may require re-coding to be compatible with the vehicles ECU, these include but are not limited to key fobs, sensors, and ignitions. Always use a qualified specialist as computer software and diagnostics may be needed. Part numbers may be compatible but this DOES NOT guarantee the part/item will work correctly due to different specifications and coding. In some cases electrical parts/items may need to be referred to the manufacturer.
 
Manufactured products are recommended for track use only, myself and anyone associated with South Kirby Parts LTD will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of equipment, monetary loss, bodily injury, or loss of life resulting from improper, or even proper, use of our products or second hand parts.
