Very disappointed that the item is made of fragile and brittle plastic. One piece broke off already when arrived. Another piece broke when installed. A delicate item like this should be made of resilient and slightly elastic resin instead. Two layers of thin bubble sheet and stuffed newspaper in a regular paper box is definitely not sturdy enough to handle this brittle item. By putting a "Fragile" sticker on a box doesn't mean every handler in the transportation will honor that.
