Returns Policy:If you are not satisfied with your purchase or in any regards, your may return the item within the 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Faulty Item: If you receive any faulty item from us, then you can return it to us for the replacement or for full refund.
 
Unwanted item/change mind: If you change your mind after receiving your item then, you can return it to us within 30 days and claim for the full refund depending on the returns item condition as we may deduct or refuse for claim.
 
Incorrect Item: If you received any incorrect item from us then it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect items supplied within a 30 days of item received. Please note that if the items are not as ordered then you must not open the manufacturer’s packaging or use the item. Postage: It is your responsibility to make sure the any products returned are adequately packaged and received by the Supplier in reasonable condition. You shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to return Items where such damage has been caused by your negligent or faulty packing. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer except some exceptions so please contact us for details.
 
Refund: Please note that we reserve the right to refuse for your claim or charge an optional re-stocking fee up to 20% of the value of the item if claiming refund or returning the item or notifying us of any problem with our product is after 7 days. We will process the refund once the return process is completed. We aim to process all refunds within 30 days of request; however we try our best to refund you ASAP.

Delivery and Shipping: We ship the item to UK mainland & Europe via Royal Mail and in some cases we do use other courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
 
Most of our delivery is free for UK mainland unless stated the postage charge. The free delivery services is provided using Royal Mail or any other courier Economy delivery services. However it also depends upon the size and the weight of the parcel as we may use recorded delivery or tracking services depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
 
Other delivery options are £1.99 for Standard First Class, £9.99 for Special guaranteed next day delivery. Please note that First Class delivery can take up to 5 working days and Second Class Economy delivery can take up to 7 working days after goods dispatched to deliver the item however, Royal mail aims to deliver First Class within 2-3 working days and Second Class within 3-5 working days. Please allow 7 working days for First Class and 10 working days for Second Class before reporting non delivery.
 
The item order placed before 4:00 PM GMT on working days will be despatched on same and the order placed after 4:00 PM will be despatched on the following day.
 
Payment and Availability: We only accept the Paypal payment method and the address must be verified. Your order will only be processed once the checkout has been completed.
 
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
