Really not happy that an alternative colour has been sent without any prior correspondence before dispatch to advise that the colour I ordered is out of stock. I ordered Navy but received Black which isn’t even listed. If I’d been asked which colour I would like sending as an alternative I would not have chosen black or would have cancelled the order. Why should I now have to go to all the trouble of returning the item? Very disappointed by the lack of Comms.
