Delivery ~ please allow a few days after EBay's delivery date as this is only an estimate.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delayed please contact your local depot in the first instance when sent by Royal mail. We will follow up lost item claims with Royal Mail to determine where your parcel will be.

All courier deliveries will be sent with a tracking number for your own peace of mind and if you wish your parcel to be left with a neighbour or safe place please let us know and I will try to accommodate your request but this will be at the buyers own risk. The courier will attempt delivery 3 times and it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
