Has Lenovo warranty until July 2019. Screen is in good condition. Inside have some heavy wears (trackpad & keypad are visibly worn, etc). Outside has some noticeable wears/marks (e.g. small wears on the lid, some visible edge/base; corner paint wore off slightly; a tiny bit of plastic wore off on the left side - these are cosmetic only). Dual battery hold their high 95% & 80% capacity (HWMonitor estimation only, capacity may be vary). Comes with the original AC Charger in a repackaged box.”

We are a UK-based online retailer offering high-quality refurbished laptops & other electronic goods. We pride ourselves in the quality of the service we provide, and of the products we supply. As of 2019, we have moved into an office in Staffordshire, and began to gradually take on staff. We look forward to assisting our customers as we expand.

By operating in the North, we combine our focus on product selection, fast delivery & customer service - with a sensible regional cost basis. This way we could treat our staff well, who in turn assist our customers.

Record-keeping:

We will record the item's serial number & condition. Where the item is not received, we may register the serial with loss and theft databases to help prevent any fraudulent use or reselling of the item; we're not able to supply serial number before the item is delivered. This is to ensure the privacy of the end-customer.

Address note:

We will only send to the eBay checkout address (as per eBay policy), via a tracked insured courier (a signature is required, so do ensure you have the correct address at checkout).

Our items are thoroughly tested & logged for security reasons before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect any of the following:

i) Sign of customer induced damage (CID): this includes, but is not limited to liquid damage, visible physical drops/damages; damage caused by external electrical power surges.

If any warranty sticker, labels, or windows key label have been removed/broken; if the operating system has been changed, if the bios have been changed; hardware has been modified; or if the product has been registered with the manufacturer (where applicable, please only register this product once you have fully inspected and are happy with the product).

Returns:

Within the first 30 days, you may return for a refund, a refund is not available after the 30 days. Please do not return any items without first contacting us. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item arrives back safely, in the same condition as shipped. If you wish to proceed with a return request, please immediately stop using the product, and repackage it for a return.
