The bottom ... “A Linhof tripod in working order, but needing some attention due to age-related faults. The bottom hinge (where the bracing attaches) used plastic rivets which have gone brittle over the years and are failing. These will need to be replaced with a nut and bolt. The rubber bushes in the head have crumbled and lost their friction capabilities. They will need to be replaced. The head’s arm has been replced with a Gitzo item at some point. The linhof badge on the head is missing.”
