Terms of Sale:

All refurbished items are sold with a 6 month warranty. This guarantee covers the item for hardware failure for no longer than 6 calendar months from the date of receipt.

No warranty repair claims will be honoured after this period.

Due to the upgraded nature of our MacBook Pro items, they are built to each specific order. This process can take anything between 1 to 4 working days.

Item Condition - Due to our MacBook Pro's being Refurbished items, they will have picked up some cosmetic marks. We advertise all of our MacBooks as being in good condition. This means that they may have scratches or minor dents to the body, lid and base of the unit, hinge clutch covers may be cracked or chipped (but still work) and there may be wear to some keys, along with other general wear and tear. Whilst it is rare that an item will arrive with some or all of these minor imperfections, please purchase with this in mind. We do our best to ensure that all of our stock is of a good or very good overall condition and we would only sell an item in poor condition if it were at a reduced price (which we would also state within the listing).

Battery Condition:

Any MacBook Pro we sell will come with a battery which holds at least 70% of it's original charge capacity from new. Your battery will be replaced under warranty if the status changes during the first 6 months to 'Replace Soon' or 'Replace Now'. Replacement batteries will NOT be brand new units (unless you purchased your MacBook Pro from us with a brand new battery installed).
