We Buy and sell items under the VAT margin scheme so please be aware of this when asking for an invoice (VAT can not be claimed back by purchasing businesses in the standard format)

CONDITION
 
We offer a range of goods through our eBay shop and in varying formats, please read below for a more detailed description of each.
 
NEW - The item is unused , it will not have any defects or marks on it and will function correctly.
 
USED - The item is used, it may not have all original accessories and may have marks / scratches to the item itself from standard use. All data/accounts have been removed from the device and a series of checks has been made on the function and safety of the item. Additional computer software has been used to verify and log working order if applicable. The item will function correctly.
 
SELLER REFURBISHED - The item is used, but has been brought up to an excellent condition, the item may be missing accessories or boxes (check listing), any repairs required have been done, the item is properly cleaned and any data/accounts have been removed. Additional computer software has been used to verify and log safe working order if applicable. Any marks to the item (if any) will be mentioned and it will function correctly.
 
FAULTY- The item is broken, faults will be listed where possible but may not be limited to what is listed, The item is being sold for the purpose of spare parts or to be repaired. The items’ Condition may be poor.
 
DELIVERY
 
We will offer combined shipping - Please contact us for details prior to bidding. (Please note some items will be too heavy/bulky to combine).
For most small items we send via Royal Mail and larger heavier items will be sent through Parcelforce unless stated otherwise, items are insured accordingly. Some of the services offered by Royal Mail / Parcelforce may not offer a “re-attempt delivery option”. In the event you are not in for your delivery you will be left a card explaining where and when you can collect your package from your local depot.
 
All listings will clearly explain how the item will be sent, if you are unhappy with the delivery options provided then please contact the store before making your purchase.
 
Your items are usually shipped within 2 working days of your payment clearing. This is the shipping date, not the delivered date. If you have not received them within 5 days of your payment clearing please contact us via eBay “My Messages”.
 
Please ensure you check the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery. If you have any doubts, Please sign for it as 'unchecked' or as damaged. This is essential to support any damage claim against the courier. In addition, please keep the original packaging materials.
 
UK Courier shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK. For shipping costs to any other location, Please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.
 
If you require a change of address and are paying via PayPal, Please add the address to your PayPal account and select the address from there. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after payment is made.
 
Pick Up/Collections
 
Items can be picked up with prior agreement; Monday to Saturday; 9.00-16.30. As we are a high street retailer you must contact us first so we can arrange a suitable time for you to collect the purchase(s).
 
Items that are picked up cannot be returned - please inspect them thoroughly before taking away.
 
If you are picking your item up we can accept Cash or Credit/Debit Card or Paypal payment.

We try to respond to emails ASAP even at the weekend, but to be on the safe side we can only guarantee prompt responses during office hours of Monday to Saturday 9 am - 5 pm.
 
If you want to return an item or send anything to us via post, please let us know beforehand and include your details inside the package. We get a large quantity of post every day and if we don't have your details and/or aren't expecting an item, it can take longer for us to get back to you!
