I bought a pair of boots, for a close workmate who didn’t have an e bay account, when the boots arrived, he was shocked because the boots in the box were not the correct make and had mud all over them. It was obvious, they had been either sent back by someone else and not checked, or someone in their warehouse wanted new boots and decided they liked the ones we ordered.However the company never quibbled and were excellent with regards to return, postage and finally a full refund. So a bad deal.
