Payment
Immediate payment is required after checkout. Orders received before 2pm will be shipped on the same business day.
 
Shipping
Shipping to UK mainland plus European delivery via Ebay Global Shipping Programme (selected items only) Please contact us for delivery rates to highlands and islands of Scotland. No P.O. Box Delivery - Paypal & eBay confirmed delivery addresses only.
 
Returns
All new products come with a 1 year limited warranty (Excludes batteries). Buyers must contact us first for the exchange within the warranty period. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer s/user s part. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) No. for each item that needs returning. We do not accept any returns without an RMA number. Non faulty items MUST be returned with our original packaging and in saleable condition. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. Customers must contact us first for the return address. In all eligible cases, return shipping fees will be refunded. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
 
Refunds
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Items returned as No longer required by the buyer must be unopened, undamaged and in a fully saleable condition in order for a refund to be issued. If you need to return a non-defective battery to us it MUST be unused, sealed in its original packaging and pass a voltage test on return. Otherwise no refund can be issued.
For any goods returned in less than perfect condition, we reserve to withold up to 50% of the original purchase price of the item(s). In all cases where a buyer has purchased by mistake, item doesn t fit or buyer has changed their mind, a 10% restock fee will be charged.
If you item was delivered to you free of charge, delivery charges will be deducted from your total refund amount as this is an out of pocket expense for ourselves.
 
Availability
We endeavour to maintain high levels of stock. If for any reason an item is not available at the time of order. We will inform of the discrepancy within 3 working hours and give you the option of either cancelling your order or placing your item on back order until new stock arrives.
