When purchasing our products you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions along with eBay’s terms and conditions / policies.
 
All of our Brand new products are 100% Genuine and in Manufacturer’s Packaging unless stated differently on item listing. In most cases we send products still sealed and never opened by Wildflower Trading unless we believe additional protection is required to ensure the product is safe during transit. If applicable products will come with original manufacturer’s paperwork e.g electronics.
 
Wildflower Trading does also sell used and collectible item which are described as per listing description. All possible care to describe the product as clearly has possible is taken along with multiple photo's to back up the description and give the seller as much information as possible to what they are purchasing.
 
Payment
 
Payment methods accepted are - PayPal, Cheque and Postal Order
Please pay for your product(s) ASAP after purchase. If no payment received within 3 working days Wildflower Trading will attempt to contact you and if still no payment may have no option but to report to eBay. This is always a last resort and has to be done to ensure we get a credit for the eBay fees.
 
Delivery Expectations
 
Products will be dispatched within 1 working day and sooner when possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You may received communications from Wildflower Trading outside of these hours. As an example if you order Tuesday at 8pm your product(s) will be dispatched no later than Thursday. Wildflower Trading use a range of different courier and postal services, if the courier or postal service provides a tracking number this information will be uploaded to the eBay system so that it is shared with you to track the parcel. Express postage option is available on most products.
 
Upon Delivery of your Product(s)
 
Please ensure you inspect your product(s) upon delivery. If you have any issues such as damage please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message ASAP. We must notify the courier of damage in transit within 2 working days of delivery. We may require digital photograph so if this could be included via the first eBay message it will save time and allow Wildflower Trading to deal with your concern quicker resulting in a faster resolve.
 
Depending on the type of damage Wildflower Trading may request to collect the product from you via a pre-paid courier to be delivered back to Wildflower Trading. You would be required to re-package the product in readiness for it to be collected via the courier. A replacement product or refund will be provided.

If the product is not has described please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message and we will resolve for you ASAP.
