I wanted the belt. While they were very good with handling of the issue. A refund was issued almost immediately upon notice of the issue. Blamed USPS and said they were sending a replacement which no tracking was provided and never appeared. I waited 2 weeks and no product. I could have simply ordered a new one which I eventually did after giving them two weeks to make the lost one or the replacement appear. Sorry, negative is required.
