John was great from the start. I asked a load of questions prior to purchasing and then after purchasing he agreed to send it earlier then the planned date which really helped. The 3m bi-folds came with easy-to-follow instructions and even though I had never installed any previously, I found these relatively straightforward (just remember to get the frame straight, true and level in every dimension and you’ll be fine). After care was great too…I lost a grub screw - no problem, one being posted!
