The courier will leave a 'contact card' if no one is in to take delivery of your parcel. You must then contact them and arrange re-delivery.

If the courier has not left a 'contact card', please ring them, and ask them to confirm delivery address, ensuring you quote your tracking number.

Please also check with other household members and neighbours, who may have taken the parcel on your behalf.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If couriers are unable to deliver parcels, due to incorrect addresses or unsuitable access, then parcels are usually returned back to us.

Afterwards, we will refund the customer for the cost of the item/s only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1 - We do not accept goods if the item's seal or packaging has been broken.

2 - We do not accept return of worn COSTUMES, WIGS, PET COSTUMES, UNDERWEAR and BATHROBES, due to hygiene reasons. You may open the packet, examine size and material. We will then accept return if not suitable.

3 - We do not accept goods if they have stains, human hair, animal hair, bad odour or have been sprayed on, in an attempt to remove bad odour.

4 - Goods must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and all parts packed neatly in original inner packaging. (Please do not stick cellotape on packet items)

5 - Adequate outer packaging must be used. Please do not fold/bend on packet items.
