    Returns: Any item returned must be done so in the condition received. All tags must remain attached and the item must be unworn.
     
    Items are posted the same day if ordered and paid for before 12.30pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). All other items will be posted the next working day.
     
    UK items are sent by 1st class post. Please note that 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, and as such the usual delivery time is 1-2 working days.
     
    Please also note that Royal Mail’s ‘lost item’ policy states that they do not consider an item lost until 15 working days (excl Sunday) have passed since its posting. Therefore we cannot send a replacement or issue a refund until this time period has passed. So, in the unlikely event that you still haven’t received your parcel after 15 working days, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
     
    It is also advisable to check with neighbours and your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you. Often the postman fails to leave a ‘sorry you were out’ card and the item is just stored somewhere unknown to the recipient.
