Dispatch and Processing Times
Once your order is received, it will take 2-3 working days to process and make ready for dispatch. In the event of a public holiday, please allow 1 extra day processing time from the expected delivery date as advertised on the item listing page.
 
Delivery
Delivery will normally be made within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch to all UK mainland addresses. Cloud City 7 cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of out control, such as postal service delays.
 
Return and Refund Policy
Cloud City 7 offer a 60 day return policy on all full price items and we will accept the product back as long as it is in its original condition. If the item is damaged during delivery, we will send a replacement providing the damage is reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.
All clearance items are eligible for returns within the 60 day period but the buyer takes responsibility for associated return costs.

Please raise a return request through eBay's return system. Your request will be approved and a pre-paid label provided.

International Returns - REIMBURSEMENT
Please note we only pay for return costs of up to the equivalent of £8 for items that are faulty. Please raise a return request through eBay's return system. Your request will be approved and return address details will be provided. Include a postal receipt in your package.
 
Once your item reaches us, it will be checked and as long as it is in as new condition, your refund will be processed.
