Although item arrived more quickly than you stated, thank you, I have heard nothing about a refund of the £20 payment I had to pay towards shipping to get it. I have a copy of the advert which states: Free Delivery 5-11th January. I have not heard from you about this in spite of sending you an e-mail about the refund. Please advise. There one or two minor snags with the item and I may be taking advantage of your e-mail support offer.
