Realistically, I felt the item wasn’t in stock. I asked for assistance and received no communication from seller. I then opened a request for ebay to investigate. I received a prompt refund without even requesting it. This was fair enough as the delay was over to 10 days. No communication probably deserves a negative but I’ve ended up with my money back and had to purchase in a store as it was too long to wait any longer for a hair dryer in winter. Get clarification prior to purchase.
