Shipping -
 
We are very careful on each stage of our supply chain. Each item is packed to a high standard ensuring it reaches our valued customers in good condition.
 
Please make sure you have the correct address when you place your order, as the address cannot be change after the order is placed. All orders are sent using a trackable service. The services available for each item will be shown on the listing. On very rare occasions the service you selected may not always be available for reasons out of our control. If this happens we will use the next closest service we have available. This may affect the delivery date but will not affect the dispatch time. We shall do our absolute best to have your item delivered in the allotted time. If your item is late please contact us right away so we can investigate the delay and have your item delivered ASAP.
 
We state on all listing 3 day to processing an order, this is to cover any problem that may happen. If there are no problems with the order we will ship the order within 1 working day of cleared funds, however we do not guarantee delivery sooner than the time listed.
 
You’re Right to Cancel –
 
You can cancel an order within 14 or 30 Calendar days (see individual listings) of making your order. Confirmation of your cancellation MUST be sent within this time by ether ebay messaging or opening a return request.
 
Order Not Received-
 
For orders not received you have 14 days from the day of your order to make a claim, NO claim will be accepted after this time.
 
Return Policy-
If you need to return your order, it must be returned in the condition it was sent in, and within 14 - 30 Calendar days (see individual listings), with all the original packing, including all documentation and labels. A refund will not be given for any damage caused by the buyer or misuse of any item. Please contact us to let us know you are returning your order. All return costs payable by the purchaser, shipping costs are not refundable. If you have opened a case that requires us to supply a shipping label and the reason is found to be incorrect you will be deducted £6.95 for the label if you use the label or do not use the label. You will receive your refund within 7 days from the date we receive your returned order.

No return on an item that has been damaged by the buyer or by misuse of the item
Unfortunately due to health and safety, we cannot accept returns on earpieces, earrings/studs, body jewellery and underwear.
 
Returning Faulty Goods –
 
If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them you MUST email us with the reason why you say the item is faulty and to let us know you are returning your order. Once the order is returned and we agree the item is faulty we will refund you your payment, outbound and return shipping cost. Return shipping cost will only be refunded if you return your order using eBay returns; if you choose to use your own return method shipping cost will not be refunded.

All items are sold as size shown on the label, and in cm unless otherwise stated. We take no responsibility of shrinkage or stretching of a used item.

We give a 30 day guarantee on all of our used item. Guarantee does not include wear and tear, any wear/defects stated on the listing, or an item which has been damage by the buyer or by misuse of the item
 
Grades General –
 
All Graded items are subject to our definition of the grade, and have no relevance to any other sellers Grade. Due to the item being USED, the volume of items we sell, and no two used items being in the same condition, wear will be different for each item and some used items may be slightly miss-shaped. We cannot photograph every item. So please note that the item you receive may differ from the photos shown.
 
 
A Guide to Each Grade
 
New UN-ISSUED - New item may be boxed, in Original Bag or Tag not issued and not used. Packaging may be damaged due to storage or shipping.
 
New - A new item loose, with or without labels. Packaging may be damaged due to storage or shipping. May have been Issued with last owners name but not used. May have storage marks
 
Super Grade - Used item LIGHT wear, with or without labels. Minimal signs of cosmetic wear / storage marks. We cannot guaranty the integrity of the laces, May have last users name.
 
Grade 1 - Used Item MEDIUM wear, Wear may consist of but not restricted to scuffs nicks marks and scratches. Laces/Insoles not always supplied and we cannot guaranty the integrity of the laces. Wear can be on the sole, inner or outer of an item. May have last users name, badges patches and all over general wear.
 
Grade 2 - Used item HEAVY wear, Wear may consist of but not restricted to scuffs nicks marks and scratches. Laces/Insoles not always supplied and we cannot guaranty the integrity of the laces/Zip. Wear can be on the sole, inner or outer of an item. May have last users name, badges patches, Small holes, rips, missing loops, buttons, Labels (Size is ascertained by an item of similar size with label) and all over general wear
