Please Read the following terms & conditions carefully before purchasing any items from Daydreaming Daisy. By purchasing from Daydreaming Daisy, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to these terms & conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. As a buyer it is your responsibility to make sure that all the details sent to Daydreaming Daisy are correct. Wording is not checked, and details are printed as per the message you have sent. Once an order has been printed changes are unable to be made, therefore you will receive what you have ordered, any requests or changes asked to be made before printing has started will be made, but please be aware that Daydreaming Daisy does have a quick turn around and generally print straight away.
2. Please provide wording (and photograph/s, if applicable) promptly following payment. Daydreaming Daisy does close for holidays from time to time, and failure to provide information within 12 hours following your order, could result in a delay with your order.
3. Proofs will be sent to your ebay mailbox within a maximum of 12 hours following receipt your personalisation (usually much quicker than this). Cards will be dispatched within 24 hours of proof approval (where applicable). If proof approval is delayed, this will result in a delay in the dispatch of your cards.
4. PLEASE ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE WHEN PURCHASING FROM DAYDREAMING DAISY - DUE TO ANY ROYAL MAIL DELAYS.
Items will not be considered "lost" or "undelivered" until a period of 15 working days after the date of dispatch if a royal mail service has been used for delivery. This is the length of time that royal mail say must pass before they will consider any items "lost" or "undelivered". However, please advise Daydreaming Daisy if your order has not arrived after 7 days so we can monitor this.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the 7 day allowance is not agreeable to the Buyer when purchasing.
5. If a parcel has been delivered damaged by Royal Mail, please provide proof of the damage by means of a photograph, so that we can put in a claim with Royal Mail. Orders will not be replaced or refunded without this proof.
6. If we haven’t heard from you within 3 days of your order, or we have not had any response from you within 3 days, then we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order.
7. All personalised cards are non-returnable, unless an error has been made by ourselves.
8. Packs of multiple cards are printed with identical wording and/or photograph(s) on each card. Any orders requiring a mixture of different wording and/or photograph(s) on each card is to be agreed beforehand, or purchased as individual cards.
9. Please send the correct number of photographs for your design choice, as requesting multiple proofs with different photographs is not reflected in the price of the order.
