Image quality very poor. Contacted seller who offered refund but only if i would post back- not sure why because they cannot exactly resell a personalised photo product! Was this just to make it difficult? With new baby I was unable to manage this so I just kept the product. Was pricey but images look so bad we have kept it in the packaging and not on display as hoped. Seller suggested it was the sun in the photos but I used a different company to get a keyring made and that had come out fine.

Images had sun steaks running through them, once received you thought we would of removed them( Without asking us first) but as explained we can edit a lot of images but we can't add what we cannot see? We offered a refund upon a free return- we even offered Royal mail collection as currently it is free for returns so having a baby is no excuse. After we offered to have it collected we never heard from you again. Of course we need them back- It is how company's have to comply with tax/law?
