Terms and conditions of the sale
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times unless you pay for a guaranteed next working day service such as Special Delivery or Business Post Courier service.
 
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually be posted out same working day wherever possible. Orders received outside these hours will be posted next working day, therefore an order received over the weekend, will be posted on Monday. There is no posting on UK Bank Holidays.
 
All prices include VAT where applicable.
 
Goods are sent by economy uinsured delivery unless you pay extra for a tracked service. There is no tracking for goods dispatched by standard First or Second Class post. If your order exceeds £20, we will automatically send it by tracked economy delivery.
 
The buyer has a duty to select a suitable delivery address where a signature can be obtained if necessary. Delivery times are between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to specify a guaranteed delivery time between these hours.
 
The buyer will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail to arrange redelivery of any goods where delivery could not take place if the addressee was not in at time of delivery.
 
The buyer is responsible for selecting and paying for a delivery service that meets their requirements and the seller shall not be held responsible for delays incurred after the goods have been posted.
