Seller notes: “This is a beautiful antique piano shawl. It comes from a local estate so I have limited information ... “This is a beautiful antique piano shawl. It comes from a local estate so I have limited information regarding it. The lady that sold it to me said it is Czechoslovakian and dates from around 1900 or so. The black center measures 38 x 37" and I believe it is silk but I'm not sure. There is what appears to be hand embroidery done with yarn as shown. The fringe measures 20" long and it is all the way around. Most of it is hanging freely but is slightly curled from storage and a few strands may need to be untangled.”
