The customer is responsible in checking that all parts requested contain the correct information and the customer is responsible for checking that parts ordered are the correct parts.

Tax charges at 23% VAT will apply to any product ordered.
 
Please note customers will only be contacted by us if their required part is out of stock. All parts purchased are supplied on a part(s) only basis. We are unable to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in the fitting or removal of parts.
 
Every effort shall be made by OMC Car Parts to dispatch all the goods in good condition and on time. Any time or date for delivery given by the Company is given in good faith but is an estimate only. Payments made by the Buyer to the Company shall be applied by the Company to Invoices, and to Goods listed in Invoices, in such order or manner as the Company shall at its entire discretion think fit.
