All parts must always be installed by a person qualified to fit them, any attempt to fit parts where this is not the case will void the warranty. We are not responsible for any expenses or damage if you fit the faulty product.

RETURN:-

We hope that you are happy with your purchase however we know that sometime you will need to return an item. If the item is no longer required or bought by error, in this case buyer will be liable to 20% handling/re stocking charges for incorrect purchase/product exchange or if any reason you change your mind and wish to return it, we may accept it back if returned to us within 14 days after you receive the item. Providing the item is in its ORIGINAL PACKING and has not been fitted and in same condition in which it was received in, we will check the return goods and make sure they are in resalable brand new condition at our discretion. We may replace it or issue a refund. You will be responsible for any return postage costs to send the item back to us. If the good are not in their original packing, damaged, dirty or parcel tape is used on the original packing of the product, we have the right to REFUSE.

When returning an item for a refund, which is no longer required or has been bought by mistake via Free Postage. There will be a Deduction on Postage & Packaging according to the size and weight of the parcel when returned.

Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please contact us via eBay for return authorization. Unauthorized return will be refused. You are responsible for the safe return of all goods. WARRANTY:

All warranty claims will be dealt with on a ‘’like for like’’ replacement basis, only and where the warranty is deemed to be genuine. It is assumed that when you purchase any part that the vehicle fault was properly diagnosed. All warranty items must be return for inspection. Labour cost, postage or any other cost not covered under any circumstance.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Any items that are damaged, faulty or short supply need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. (Parts that have been damaged or broken during fitting are NOT covered by this policy.)

On receipt of the delivery, please inspect the packaging BEFORE signing and if bag or boxes are damaged/open i.e. torn bags, damaged or open please sign clearly as ‘’received damaged’’ and contact us through eBay messages and report it to us-as if not signed as damaged, then we cannot take the matter forward with the courier, who have to be notified with 24hrs on receipt of goods.
