DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
 
Your purchase will be sent via Royal mail 24Hour / 1nd class / Royal mail next working day service / Royal mail Airmail depending on which service you choose. Please note that if your parcel is sent back to us because of failed delivery attempts (incomplete address/ refused delivery/ no access/ no-one present to sign for the delivery) further charges will apply. We aim to dispatch all our items the same day after cleared payment has been received. But sometimes it may take up-to two working days. All high value items will have tracking and if you require this please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs.
