Terms and conditions of the sale
Introduction:

Please read these terms of sale carefully. When you place an order for products from our eBay shop by clicking buy now or when you place your order, you agree to these terms.
In these terms of sale, “we” means MARRYZ OUTLET (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).

Order process:

The advertising of products on our eBay shop constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:

(i) You must add the products you wish to purchase to your basket or click the buy now button and then proceed to the checkout;

(ii) You must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order, by doing so you consent to these terms of sale;

(iii) You will be transferred to the payment processing screen, and your selected payment method will handle your payment;

(iv) We will then provide you with an initial acknowledgement; and

(v) Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.

Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by checking the order details. You may correct those input errors before placing your order by editing your shopping cart and/or customer details.

Price and Payment:

Prices for products are quoted on the item listing. Our eBay shop contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.

Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force. If you dispute any payment made to us you must contact us immediately and provide full details of your claim

Warranties:

You warrant to us that;

(a) You have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;

(b) The information provided in your order is accurate and complete;

(c) You will be able to accept delivery of the products;

(d) You are at least 18 years of age.

Delivery policy

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 3 working days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.

Refunds and Cancellations:

If you cancel an order and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.

Waiver:

No waiver of any provision of these terms of sale, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, will be deemed to be, or be construed as, a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision of these terms of sale.

Jurisdiction:

These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law, and the courts of UK will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.

Modifications:

We may revise these terms of sale from time-to-time, but such revisions will not affect the terms of any contracts which we have entered into with you.

PRIVACY POLICY:

As a Data Processor of eBay customer information when you buy from eBay, we are responsible for fulfilling your order and providing it to a shipping company to get it to you. We also process information when you raise a customer services query, and when you return goods.

The use of our website functions is fundamentally possible without the processing of personal data. Please refer to the corresponding remarks below concerning the (personal) data transmitted technically to us by you

What data do we collect?

eBay provides us with your username, basic payment details, your shipping details, and the contents of the order that we are expected to fulfil. This is the recipient name and address, a phone number and an email address to communicate with you.

What is the legal basis for collecting this data?

In order to meet Contractual Obligations we record information:

1. About the recipient.
2. About the contents of the order.
3. About customer service interactions.
4. About returns.
5. Shipping information and tracking data to customer location.

The carrier firms we use for delivering your orders are Sub Processors and in order to fulfil their part of the contract with us, we transfer the recipient, phone number and delivery address, in order to generate a label to stick on the parcel to send out.

In order to pursue a Legitimate Interest as a business
We may store in our internal Customer Relationship Manager database your name, address, and account identifier so that if you contact us for Customer Services purposes we can meet your expectations as a customer.

If you contact us on eBay then your details are automatically recorded in our Customer Services system, so that we may reply to your customer services query. Once your query is closed, after 30 days it is automatically deleted.

In order to meet our Legal Obligations:

In some cases, we have an obligation to comply with common law and statutory obligations and we have to either retain records and/or disclose records to relevant authorities.
Law enforcement may demand information from us in relation to fraud prevention and/or criminal activity.

You have the right to be informed:

We have provided this policy as a full and transparent disclosure of how we process your information and why. If you have further questions please write to us and we will endeavour to clarify.

You have the right to request:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge in most cases.
• To make corrections to personal data when incorrect, out of date, or incomplete.
• That you withdraw consent and no overriding interest applies (legal, contractual, and legitimate) that your information is deleted.
• That we stop any processing based on consent.
• That we erase any data we hold about you unless an overriding legal basis applies.
• That we archive your information so that whilst it is retained for an overriding legal basis it is not processed.

To ask for any of these actions to be taken, you must message a subject access request to eBay.
If your request relates to an individual order that has not been shipped yet, please use your eBay account to message us.

If for any reason we cannot action your request in part, or in full we will write to you explaining our reasons.
