Faulty items need to be returned within 14 working days using a tracked postage service, we can then, on receipt, refund your money including postage after item assessment.
Un-required or incorrectly ordered items - please return the item(s) to us within 14 working days. Items to be returned must be in an unused, resell-able condition to granted a refund.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged due items being cut to length.
If your item was free delivery we will deduct 20% of the cost for postage. Please note we will not refund or replace an item that has not arrived until 15 days have passed the despatch date. As per Royal Mails guidelines.
