Item dispatched 28th Feb but still not arrived 14th March. Got a card from Royal Mail to say sender had not paid sufficient postage. Contacted seller three times to say please refund as now too late (was for a kids costume) and Royal Mail would return item if I didn’t pay missing postage. Sold as free postage. Got responses that completely ignored any of the info or requests I had sent. Not the type of customer service I’ve ever experienced before on eBay.
