All our items have been very kindly donated to Emmaus, Hertfordshire. We sell thousands of second-hand items through our four shops in Hertfordshire and through our eBay shop. All the funds generated by these sales go towards supporting homeless charity within Hertfordshire. Emmaus Hertfordshire provides formerly homeless people with a stable home as well as meaningful work and training in our community and shops.

Purchasing online: All our items need to be paid for through ebay unless you are collecting. Our items are generally dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, via Royal Mail and packaged as safely as possible. If you need the item urgently, please message us and we will do our best!

Collection only items: Payment on collection can be done through ebay or by debit/credit card or cash. Viewings and collections are available Monday to Saturdays by arrangement from Emmaus Boxmoor, 559 London Road, Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead HP1 2RE. We need 24 hours notice for collections please.

Refunds / returns: If you have any issues with your purchase, please get in touch with us before leaving feedback. As a charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can. We want our customers to be completely happy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems.

We offer a 14 day returns policy on our all items as long as they are returned in the condition that they were posted.
