All parcels more than 2Kgs will incur an extra shipping cost, which will be confirmed with the customer via Email or Telephone before dispatch, any extra delivery costs will be emailed to you before any payment is taken to confirm you wish to pay the extra delivery charge.
 
You are responsible for full delivery costs involved including any import duties.
Fancy Dress ordered that is not available
 
If a fancy dress costume that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you.
 
Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact or at least two telephone nmbers.
