DAMAGED ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS

The vast majority of our orders arrive in the same excellent condition they left the warehouse. However heavy exhausts can get knocked about in transit apart from the polished tailpipe exhausts are not a cosmetic product. Sportex exhausts are finished in black paint to protect them prior to fitting. Any scratches to the paint do not affect the performance of the product and is not considered a valid reason for return. Back boxes with mishapen or dented tailpipes will be replaced. If serious damage is noticed at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver. To avoid getting the wrong item and paying additional carriage charges please ensure your car matches the exact details shown in the item description. If in doubt please contact us before purchase.

LATE DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY

Items very rarely get misrouted or lost in transit, if your goods haven’t arrived within the 4-5 working days we quote; please email us via ebay so we can look into this further. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or English bank holidays. We understand that sometimes you will not be available to receive your goods. Our couriers will leave a card and attempt redelivery ONCE after which you will be charged for any further redelivery attempts. We find it’s best if you "Don't" book your car into a garage before your goods arrive, we will not be held accountable for any financial losses.

GENERAL

We are suppliers of performance non-standard car parts. This means that, by their very nature, the parts we supply may not be a straightforward DIY fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should ideally be fitted by a qualified mechanic. The performance parts we offer are intended for use on UK roads on UK specific cars, we don’t export any of our products outside of the UK with the exception of Ireland.
